Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Utah.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska. For Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout so you see the exact cost before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders leave us within 2 business days. Inside the United States, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. International delivery times vary by country.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are set by your country, not by us. They are not included in what you pay at checkout and they are your responsibility.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived or it turns up damaged, email betty.lin@botanicalbeautyskin.com and we will help.
